Why is the employee to whom an unplanned task was assigned not notified through Email or SMS?
Ensure Preferred Communication Channels have been set in Admin. Click on the Admin button from the header and choose Admin option from the list. Click on the Settings tab and select Email and SMS options in the Preferred Communications section.
