Can employees who have not been assigned to any tasks or other items be notified when a disaster is declared?
Yes. All the employees belonging to a location can be notified by selecting the “Do you want to notify all employees in this location” check box. The employees of the selected location will be notified regardless of the fact if they are assigned to something or not.
